Changed your mind?

That’s your right. Under Moroccan consumer protection law no. 31-08, you have 7 days after receiving your parcel to tell us, without giving a reason.

How it works

1. Call us or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference.
2. Send back the unused piece(s) in their original packaging.
3. We refund the price of the pieces no later than 15 days after your request. Return shipping is at your expense.

A damaged piece or a mistake on our side?

Let us know as soon as you receive it, with a photo if possible. We’ll offer an exchange or a refund, and the costs are on us.

One small thing

For hygiene reasons, hair accessories that have been worn can’t be taken back, unless they are faulty.
