Privacy

In short

We only ask for what we need to confirm and deliver your order. We don’t sell your information, we don’t do targeted advertising and we don’t use audience tracking tools.

What we receive

When you send an order request:

• your first and last name;
• your phone number;
• your email, only if you give it;
• your city, delivery address and any note;
• the pieces chosen and the total.

Why

• to call you and confirm the order;
• to prepare and deliver your parcel;
• to answer your questions, exchanges and returns;
• to keep your loyalty card and little gifts, when the offer is on;
• to meet our accounting obligations.

Who can see it

Only the shop team and the courier (name, phone and address, to deliver to you). Our data is hosted by our technical providers (website and database hosting), and a copy of orders may be kept in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet. These providers do not use it for their own purposes.

How long

As long as needed to handle your order and its follow-up, then as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.

On your device

The site keeps a few things in your browser, only so it works: your language, your current selection, your favourites, your city, your loyalty card and recently viewed pieces. No advertising cookies, no audience tracking.

Your rights

Under law no. 09-08, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use. Contact us using the details at the bottom of the page. You can also contact the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
